A Q&A session with Dr. Arachchillage will follow the presentation.

heparin monitoring recommendations (UFH and low molecular weight heparin), testing practice and challenges

Review the evolution of DOACs, including current availability and indications for use, and recommendations for laboratory measurement

Describe potential strategies for monitoring UFH in a patient recently transitioned from an
anti-Xa DOAC
